Two years ago we have combined Xopus (http://www.xopus.org) with the Spellchecker SoftwareHello all,We've had the discussion about the Wysiwyg editors and I am happy to see that that is almost mandatory in every cms :-) But I am wondering if there are any cms-ses that take that even further by including a spelling check in the editor. Sure, I could use Word or OpenOffice to check, but it would be so much easier, especially for the correctors, to have that feature in the browser.
from Canoo. The Neue Zuercher Zeitung (major Swiss Newspaper) is using it for their
interactive version (http://www.nzz.ch).
The nice thing about Canoo Spellchecker is that you can create your own dictionary/rules.
This might sound like overkill, but many German Speaking Newspapers (e.g. FAZ, NZZ) are making
their own rules.
Xopus (which is running within the Browser) is considering the Spellchecker as a "Web-Service".
Unfortunately, the spellchecker is not Open Source, so we never included it within Wyona.

So, does anyone know of a CMS that provides that?
