Here's an answer: This isn't the correct forum for a programming question or a security quesiton of this nature. You also don't give enough information for someone to be able to give you a reasonable answer. This problem can be solved at many different levels (PDF, OS, web server, application) but each one depends on what you are using and your setup. I'd try asking in a relevant newsgroup, probably one associated with the web server you are using or the programming language you are developing in.
