CMS Partner Opportunities

We are in the final stages of producing a generic content management system to be
delivered in Q2 this year, which, we believe, will offer many advantages over existing
systems. We are already working with Cisco Systems and are now in the position where
we would like to partner with other companies, who are looking to implementing a
content management system, in order to provide us with the opportunity to tailor our
system to real customer needs.

This system will, of course, have the normal CMS features, for example: workflow for
content creation and access control lists for security with a real focus on:

-Knowledge Management and Information Classification
With company growth and staff turnover it has become essential for proper
classification of all information. Not only to stop knowledge disappearing into black
holes, but also to deliver information that is both timely and relevant to the user.

-Reduced Dependency on Technical Expertise
Current CMS products, while appearing "easy to use," actually still require
"expertise" in many places:
-Installation and set-up
-Customisation
-Template and content creation
We aim to remove these dependencies by empowering the user with many easy to use
WYSIWYG tools.

-Product Interactivity and Ease of Use
Current web based products are slow with poor interaction; they are still based on the
request/receive paradigm of HTML forms. Some minor efforts have been made by other
companies to address this issue with implementations dependant on flash, java or
Internet Explorer - increasing the costs of infrastructure management, reducing the
stability and maintainability of their product while locking them into a single
browser vendor. We, however, have developed technologies that are standards based and
totally native to the browser, requiring no plugins or software installation; which
will provide for a far more interactive experience with rich graphical user
interfaces, more akin to traditional applications like Microsoft Office than the stale
web applications of today.

Additionally, we will also consider Corporate Venture or partner opportunities.
