OpenACS (Open ArsDigita Community System) is a Postgres version of ArsDigita
that has been available for a few years.

OpenACS forked from ACS about v3. It developed in tandem with ACS up to
about ACSv4. As far as I know after RedHat acquired ACS OpenACS went it's
own way code-wise. The current version of OpenACS is v4.6.
