We looked at divine last year when choosing a CMS. We had serious concerns
about the company's ability to maintain viability over the long run. They
had acquired several companies and a portal, didn't seem to have a good
direction, their stock was going in the tank, and they were laying off like
250 people.

Not a good confidence booster.
