I'm not sure what wackiness is going on in the ASCII translation, but
transferring it using VM FTP gives me the correct box characters (viewed
on VM with TEXT ON).

  FTP VM.MARIST.EDU
  ANONYMOUS
  CD ACADEM:PIPELINE.EWEB
  MODE BLOCK
  GET FTP.REXX

Saving the ASCII, either uploading from my PC or using Charlotte on VM,
and translating it with |DEBLOCK STRING X0D0A|XLATE A2E| also gets the
box characters right, but gets other characters wrong--the pipe symbol
in one case, and the not sign in the other.
