You don't say, but I'm guessing you first establish yourself as secuser
for
EREP.  While the HCP150A is sent to the secuser on behalf of the target,
it
isn't SCIF output since it isn't sent to the target's console.  Have you
tried also setting CPCONIO to IUCV?
