Not sure this is what I need. Okay time to get more detailed. I have
a disconnected user that is receiving SCIF messages that I want to route
to a file with a FN of the user and a FT of my choosing. I have most of
this coded in a PIPE with STARMSG stage. When I receive, I want to
APPEND (or create) to a file with the user's id as the FN and the FT is
a constant.
