The updated PIPEDDR EXEC is now on the downloads page. See http://www.vm.ibm.com/download/packages/descript.cgi?PIPEDDR It requires the 01 Jul 2010 level of the Pipelines runtime library or later for FBA support.
And, as I said before, it also supports DDR format via the DRPC package that is also on the downloads page. The DDR support works with the default CMS pipelines level, as long as you have the DRPC and DDR modules from the DRPC package.
