My approach to do the cross-wired lookup is that you don't know when the forward reference is resolved, and you don't want to try multiple times. But once the master arrived, you know there will not be any further forward references to it, so you at that point delete entries from the 2nd lookup. That might vote for feeding into the tertiary of the 2nd lookup (with allmasters maybe). You can also buffer all unmatched details and feed them back en-masse after all original input.
