I just stumbled on a problem that's been waiting to bite me for years
with our IPIPE and EPIPE front-end modules that load and run the "IUO"
(uplevel) and "ESA" (product) pipeline levels. If the front-end but not
the main module is NUCXDROPped, reinstalling it fails because the
previously installed module doesn't allow the name of the command to be
specified.

I see that the command name can be dug out of the guts of the previously
installed module, 80 bytes past the userword. Is there anY easier way
to get at it?
