Did you try the REXX language association?

Well, I sort of thought that since formatting Rexx is a big pain, and it has 
seen so many decades of heavy industrial
use, and that every other major language seems to have a formatter, it would be 
easy to find such a thing.

But even the Eclipse editor, which reformats C/C++ and Java beautifully enough 
to bring tears to one's eyes doesn't have
a Rexx mode.
