I'm guessing that a VERY old version might have had the
SELECT/INSERT/EXECUTE statement crammed into that same group and
actually required a choice there, and then this mistake was made when
the two groups were pulled apart.

Probably NO|COMMIT and NO|INDICATORS should be separated out into their
own groups with defaults indicated, and a note added saying the options
may be specified in any order.

Note that the railroad track notation is documented in SYNTAX HELPHELP
nowadays, and this is correctly documented there.  (PIPE HELP SYNTAX
predates that by a decade or two.)
