Sir Rob could also have mentioned the WASTE GATE device, such as found in
the setup
of a turbo in a car, to relieve pressure in the various pipes. This would
be very beneficial
in multiple input devices such as LOOKUP, FANIN and FANINANY to prevent
cross flow.

There is no specification as to what the data will look like when it leaves
the pipeline or
what to do with the expelled data. This might require a RECYCLE device to
keep the
DPA (Data Protection Agency) happy.
