The Book says: "The facility is enabled for messages FPLDSK124E and FPLDSK129E.
There is no user interface to enable other messages, though it would be
possible to write a REXX program to enable other messages in the field, should
this be necessary. "

Stupid question: How would I go about writing a REXX program to enable message
FPLFPI011E then?

Purpose is to:
GLOBALV SELECT FPLTRAP SETL FPI011E VMDUMP 0-END FORMAT CMS DSS TO OPERATNS

Trying to hunt down an unnamed failing pipe in a third-party DVF DUMPSCAN macro
that calls several files, and that pipe executes and fails faster than I can
issue "pipmod active".
