That is why it is not called CMS Pipelines. Have a look for yourselves at

Nothing is truly compatible. We have Rexx on VM/370 CMS now. Because it not 
truly compatible, it is called BREXX. But it still is mighty great to have it 
there and show the children. But is it not the REX 1.04 tape. And it some way 
it is more advanced. By the way, the TSO example is not very apt; that 
handicapped version of TSS is still more than an editor.

Which brings me to the ideal way to edit Pipes for NetRexx on your PC or Mac: 
lspf (https://github.com/daniel64/lspf) - not ISPF but close enough to make me 
happy.
