You're right, of course, John.  I was misremembering the other nucleus 
extensions that NAMEFIND creates for itself (NAMEFDIS, NAMEFUSE, NAMEFSYS, 
NAMEFIBM) and in the very old days it was a MODULE.  (sigh)  Thanks for 
catching my mistake!

It certainly obviates any concern about calling entry points.  New entry 
points can simply be added to DMSNAM.
