Hi Jaime, As far as open source CMS, I know that Mambo, with a few tweaks, can create standards-compliant sites. They use our standards-compliant XHTML WYSIWYG editor (XStandard) to create XHTML Strict or 1.1 sites. Here is the link: http://mamboserver.com
