[WSG CMS] Symphony (aka Typeworks) release

the Symphony team have gone live with their website and beta release of 
the Symphony CMS. official release date is april fifteenth.

i've installed the pre-release, and you can take a squiz here

there is also a demo install available to check out 
<http://demo.symphony21.com/>.

it _looks_ great. the setup so far is pretty basic, though it has some 
ultra-cool features. with more popular functions on the way this could 
rival a few of the bigger CMS out there.
