I don't have any first-hand knowledge with it, but judging from their own
website as well as their latest projects, I think it's safe to say that
they don't quite use web standards, nor focus on accessibility.

Quick scan of their markup showed:
- virtually no semantic markup
- completely table based design
- CSS only used to style links and the occasional body of text
- lots of inconsistancies in the output (mixed lower- and uppercase tags)
- Macromedia Dreamweaver javascript for menu image mouseovers
