Editize supports them to an extent: you can copy-paste markup containing
DIV/DL's in them just fine, and you can switch to Code View and manually
type them, but that's it. It'll keep your markup intact, but there are no
visual buttons to add them through the WYSIWYG interface.

The one major gripe  I do have with Editize is that it converts the
xml:lang="" attribute when reloading content. Bit annoying, but it took
but a simple str_replace() to fix it upon saving...
