I made the CMS myself (which is why I call it "my CMS" and not "the CMS I
use"), it's called Snelsite (Dutch). No English version of the CMS
available yet, we're still working on translating it.

The WYSIWYG editor itself is Editize: www.editize.com - java applet, can
plug it right into your CMS though, pretty much.
