I have been watching this closely and have just implemented Joomla for a
client where I would normally have implemented Mambo.  Still pretty much
an identical product although I can see there are numerous fixes and
updates under the hood.  I will continue to use Joomla as long as it
providing my non-standards-conscious clients with the same easy-to-use
interface as Mambo is/was.
