Hi, There are dozens of OS CMS on the market and I think Drupal is not the worst option if you want to build a website for eg. a magazine or an issue based stuff. I do not know any other CMS that supports this feature on a module level for example. I know the admin interface is weird and the template system is odd a bit but customisable by the way.
