We've recently been using modxcms.com

It's flexible for our programmers, has the modules you require, including
support for multiple (css) templates. And it's free.

  Subject: [WSG CMS] WebGUI

The company I just started with is in the midst of getting a CMS - it needs
to do full subscription handling and also have a blog, but be able to be
customized for compliant accessible html and css. Currently they seem to be
focused on WebGui from Plain Black. They wish to use it for their public web
site and for handling large subscription online newsletters and a lot more.

I was looking for a good comparison of this to say Plone or Drupal but
haven't found a good resource out there? Is there one?

Thanks in advance for any help - Please let me know if I've sent this to the
wrong list - I've been away from the web for a long spot of caregiving and I
apologize if this is an incorrect submission.
