Any of them? Or, I suppose more accurately, any of the well-known ones could be used to re-create an existing site design with that sort of functionality.
If you want something to add to an existing site framework without having to re-write that framework, then you'll need custom PHP code. For what you describe that shouldn't take much effort, but it'll depend a great deal on how the site currently works.
