Personally I got tired of different CMS's not having the features I
wanted, so at this moment I am building my own which will include pretty
much everything, as well as being extensible. The content being
Standards Compliant will be up to the Layout Designer when using my CMS
(gnuCMS), as the Designer only needs to change the look inside the
Layouts/ folder.
