I've read about Fedora Core(dump) 1 having problems with many Lisps
(not just CMUCL) elsewhere. I've been trying to find details, but
I don't have the messages saved (I believe it was from the CLISP mailing
list).

But, just do a Google for 'lisp fedore core' and you'll see messages
about gcl not working.

All of this should probably be resolved with the people on Fedora too,
because as I recall (i.e: don't quote me) the problem was understood, and
Lisp implementations needed to change.

Without the original message to quote, I'll hold my tongue and stop here.
