try the 2003-11 snapshot binaires, that are available on all the
download mirrors, for example at

  <URL:ftp://ftp.linux.org.uk/pub/lisp/cmucl/snapshots/>

Now that the CVS repository is online again at

  <URL:http://www.common-lisp.net/project/cmucl/> 

I expect we'll be restarting the snapshot process. Note that current
CVS will require a cross-compile from the latest snapshots, due to
changes to the memory map.
