Ok, it's not really 19a, because we haven't released it. You have the
2003-11 snapshot.
Can you try a 2003-12 snapshot? Oh, never mind. There were not
bootfiles needed to go from 2003-11 to 2003-12.
I do not know how easy it will be to go directly from 2003-11 to
current CVS. Going from 2003-11 to 2004-04 snapshot should be easy.

If you're not familiar with building cmucl, then it might be useful to
do it in stages and go from 2003-11 to 2004-04. And then do the
necessary cross-compile to current CVS.
