I am going to upgrade my 2.8 GHz, 2 GB of RAM PC to Slackware Linux 10.0 with a custom 2.6.7 kernel. Are there any kernel configuration options I should check in order to make CMUCL work with the system? I have heard about some memory map issues. The memory map changes start in 2.6.9. I run CMUCL with 2.6.7 without known problems....I do have a funny glitch every couple of weeks, but no idea why (I have a couple dozen processes active at the time, one happens to be lisp).
