I am running TBNL, HTML-TEMPLATE and all dependent libraries.  My lisp
images serve up some dynamix xhtml content.  I thought that there may
be generally a way to set the warning message level in running images.
 The dribble file totally fills up.  I think OCTETS-TO-STRING is an
allegro specific function?  Why dont I get this warning in the REPL
while doing the dev?  I use SLIME+EMACS.
