I think this is usually some kind of internal error.
The same code and backtrace you give isn't enough for me to figure out
what the problem is.
If you have the sources, can you load up src/compiler/meta-vmdef.lisp
before doing your test? You should get the same error, but the
backtrace will contain some more information that might be useful.
