I forgot to check if it works in 18d and it does (on its shipped
PCL). 18d is a workaround solution for me for now, thanks.
Actually I had an error in the test file I sent today - the defgeneric
was incorrect and should have read:
(defgeneric run-experiment (experiment-mixin)
(:method-combination standard-foo))
Instead of "update-experiment", which is totally bogus. Apologies. On
running this, I get
Error in function "LAMBDA (#:G15253)": No PRIMARY methods.
The lisp I am using is from CVS
CMU Common Lisp CMUCL files of Oct 12 18:54 2002 -0600 HEAD, built Sat Oct 12
19:00:08 MDT 2002, running on robolove
(I do keep around PCL patches you send, but did not load them up for
testing this)
