Hello, I would be interested in letting time-intensive functions compute in a batch mode. I have looked through my mail archives and think I learned the following:
1. In CMUCL, this is possible only if those functions call process-yield in regular intervals. 2. If I do not want to do that, I need another CL implementation, for example the CMUCL derivative from Scieneer. Is this correct? Does anyone know Scieneer's product? How does the environment differ from CMUCL/Ilisp? Nicolas.
