Yesterday while motoring at about 2000 rpm the engine started making a loud tapping sound. A cut the throttle and put it into neutral. There was blue smoke from the exhaust. After about 30 seconds the noise and smoke stopped. I'm guessing that an intake valve stuck open. Does that sound right? Serious? Is there a fix?
