Maybe 100 liters? Calypso at 43' with a similar shaped hull has 2 45 gal water tanks and 1 28 gal fuel tank.
To add a 100 gal single tank with proper baffles to prevent free surface (liquid sloshing) issues would take up all the space under the V berth. I put a 40 gal holding tank in the space under Calypso's V berth area and it takes up much of the easily available space.
