Will be good to see you guys. Jon and I had some good races. We had different crew each time and we're both learning to teach as we race which helps us better understand the whole process. We won 2nd place in the Atlantic City Race Week in non-spin, 12 boats. We also got 2nd place in an 8 mile distance race against 8 boats. It shows we learned some things, but it's non-spin and the competition is no where near the spinnaker class. I focus against two rivals and the rest are just in the way.
Jon and I should have driven up for some races with you guys. Maybe next year? We learned a great deal from you and the Enterprise crew. Chuck, Thanks! Will be great to see you again -- been too long. It's a shame that you and Jon didn't drive up to join us at all this year. We didn't have a great 2012 racing season. Naturally, we're blaming you. :-) All the best, Edd Edd M. I'd be glad to help haul you up. You should have plenty of qualified people there. I had the same problem trying to find responsible help and finally installed my wind sensor on my mast about a month ago. It's nice to have numbers. Still tweaking the calibration and learning the system.
