The Nicro tech rep answered me. Gave me some troubleshooting tips. All of which I'd already tried on vents over the years.
When you remove the battery, hold it in direct sunlight and the fan doesn't turn, it's DEAD! He did state a life of 5-8 years. That's a bit longer than the 3-4 years I seem to be getting. Guess they're like beer. You don't buy them, you just rent them! Dennis C. Touche' 35-1 #83 Mandeville, LA
