This has never been a real issue for me except in the winter. I have passive vents that seem to do fine. We have very warm water in the summer - sometimes near 90 degrees! - so we don't get the warm cabin - cold hull issue you can get in New England. When I get condensation is in the winter with warm cabin air condensing on the hatches and port frames. I have never had the soggy bunk issue that seems to afflict some boats. You can try dry-deck under the bunk cushions to keep air circulating.
