But Alex, what are you going to call your boat?  "On the hard since 
Nov 2006" is too long, and doesn't pass the Coast Guard test?  Where 
are you?  "On the hard?"

yes this is a related email - I have a 35-II with two small tanks 
under the aft seats.  The pop-out lids are still too small to pull 
the tanks, so I have to pull 12 screws to change a 1 gal. tank.  Not 
good when Kathleen is baking, but with a good screw gun I'm fairly 
quick. . .

A challenging live-aboard, and a great sailing boat. . .
