Being cheap, curious and hesitant to drill more holes, I removed the set of 3 clutches. The one slipping, which was used for the jib halyard, was worn. The ones for the topping lift and spin halyard looked fine. I switched the cams for the jib halyard and topping lift in order to buy time. I'm sure I can find something at the boat show to buy instead!
