I've generally had good luck with Ray support. The only exception was when I used a cheaper NMEA tri-ducer rather than SeaTalk. When I posted a complaint on their Facebook page I got results! At the boat show they talked a friend out of a more expensive under deck autopilot in favor of a wheelpilot.
