Ah, well, Scottish. That's different. I'm half Scottish myself. (Wally is a 
nickname for Wallace, from William Wallace...) If it was a *Scottish* invention 
then it's cool... heck, the only thing the English could do with water is boil 
cabbage. Even James Bond was Scottish...
