The 15th crewmember was located some time before sunset (around 7pm locally). She was unconscious and unresponsive. She was flown to a hospital in Elizabeth City (where the CG airbase is) and died in the hospital this evening.
I suspect there will be a USCG inquiry and we'll eventually find out more about what happened.
