Get a vacuflush and keep/fix the freshwater tank. Much better bang for the buck. Vacuflush will effectively make your holding tank 8x larger. It only uses a pint (fresh water) per flush. Most people use 0.5 to 1.0 gallon per flush with the hand pumps. The vacuflush has never clogged for me. Period. The only thing that will mess them up are tampons and pads. Have a talk with the ladies. Every couple years some rubber (duck) valves start to leak after a few years but are cheap and easy to replace.
