Thanks Tom, good advice. While we're at it, perhaps if folks have personal notes to send, they would e-mail the recipient directly? I weed through SO many CNC-list e-mails that just say, "thanks Bob" or "OK, see you Tuesday." It would cut down on the sorting chore to have fewer such correspondences.
