I think this one is a 1979, thus a 30-1. They were listed as 8000, but it seems that most are over that. There is a note on the stats area of the web site that says 9000. I think it depends on equipment, I'm sure mine is on the heavy side, with teak/holly floors, shower with pump, propane stove/oven, pressure (hot) water and so forth.
I would imagine a stripped one with all that stuff on the shore would be down around the listed weight.
