For those of you who want the racing rules at your fingertips, there are apps for the iphone and ipad available from US Sailing at store.ussailing.org. The racing rules are $4.99, and after you download the rules, you can add Dave Perry's "Understanding The Racing Rules of Sailing" for a few dollars more. Dave Perry's explanations are attached to the rules to which they apply. The price is the same for US Sailing members and non-members.
