I only see one real error, the year.
The 33 Mk1 was available in a shoal draft version that draws 4'10" so 5'
could be just a rough approximation.
A search of the vessel registration number brings up this data.

I like to peruse the sailboatlistings.com website. If you click the "View
All Sailboats" tab you'll see the most recent entries.
At any rate, there's a recent listing for a 1981 C&C 33-1 with a 5' draft.
Wrong and wrong (year and draft).
The boat is said to be in West Palm Beach, Florida but the contact number
has a Maine area code.
There's bogosity on three counts and I question whether it's worth trying to
set the record straight.
